An empire like the American empire…

An empire like the American empire won’t last very long. It is clear that when a policy reaches to this point, the outcome of a regime reaches this point, it won’t last very long, and it will be destroyed [at their own hands]. However if some of them come to the head [of the government] the destruction will be quicker [and] if others come to the head, it is possible that the destruction will be a little slower. Either way, America’s destruction is a reality.
