“The crime of the enemy in this [Shahcharagh] incident is different from many other terrorist attacks in the country (Iran). Sometimes they attack a military group, another time they attack a political group; well, that is one thing. In another instance, they hit a Ziyarah (pilgrimage) group, which is neither a political gathering, nor a place of war and fighting; [instead] it is a place of Ziyarah (pilgrimage), it is a place of affinity with Allah… These (attackers) are all – infidels, hypocrites, and enemies of Allah.
