Who is there that can put forth the hand…

Who is there that can put forth the hand of salvation towards humanity? The person who can save humanity is someone who can look past their desires, a person who is altruistic, [and] a person who can look past their carnal desires. [It is] a person who can overcome and come out of self-centeredness, and self-worship, and selfishness, and avarice, and desires, and jealousy, and stinginess, and all the other entanglements that normally affect human beings; so that they can light the candle which will show the way to humanity.
