In the present time, the West is buying barrel after barrel of oil at a cheap price – in all reality, the price of oil is very cheap – and they even claim to be doing us a favor. [But] if oil were in their hands – for example, if England, France, or Germany were oil producers and if we Iranians wanted to buy oil – they wouldn’t even give it to us bottle by bottle, and they would demand a great fortune in order to give us [even] a small amount of oil!
