We continue to condemn the massacre that occurred at the hands of the American Navy on July 3rd, 1988 when an American Navy ship fired a surface-to-air missile from the USS Vincennes and hit a scheduled passenger flight – Iran Air Flight 655 that was flying over Iranian territorial waters – subsequently murdering all 290 innocent civilians which were on board the aircraft.
