The enemy wanted to depict Agha Shaheed Beheshti as a dictatorial oppressor, when in fact contrary to what these unjust people propagated all across the country against Shaheed Beheshti and [some] yelled out “Death to Beheshti” – knowing him for over twenty years – I found Shaheed Beheshti to be a person committed to his oaths, a Mujtahid, a religious individual, a lover of his nation, a lover of Islam, and a very beneficial person for our society.
