Whose support did the savage Saddam have, during the 8-year war with the Islamic Republic of Iran?

And finally, who ordered the assassination of the Commander of the Quds Force, who was on a diplomatic mission in Iraq – Shaheed Haj Qasem Soleimani?
The Leader of Islamic Revolution – Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei – reminds the people of some of the crimes committed by the Americans against the Iranian people through the years, and then asks, “Does America Support The Iranian People?”
And FYI, the Americans have never tried to help the Iranian people, and they never will, so stop hoping.
