We condemn the recent terrorist attack by foreign-funded ISIS terrorists who targeted innocent Shia Muslims while they were in a mosque praying the congregational Friday prayers in the city of Kunduz, in Afghanistan. Approximately 100 people have been killed and 200 injured.
