We are the supporters of the Afghan people. Governments come and go. Throughout these years, all kinds and types of governments have come there; governments come and go. That which remains, is the people of Afghanistan [and] we are the supporters of the Afghan people. The nature of our relations with other governments depends on the nature of their relations with us. We are hopeful that – Insha Allah – Allah, the Exalted, endows and determines the best for the people of Afghanistan.
