“Be’that” means to encourage and to stimulate. What is the direction of this encouragement? The holy Qur’an has repeatedly specified the direction: “For We assuredly sent amongst every people an Apostle, with the command, ‘serve Allah and shun Evil’.” [Qur’an 16:36].
