As for some other countries such as Iraq, the Americans have been thinking and are [still] thinking about sending their forces there, but the Iraqi youth and the Iraqi believers won’t allow them to do so. Their zeal for truth and honor will – Insha Allah – prevent the Americans from infiltrating [Iraq]. Still, the Americans have a plan for this infiltration and they are pursuing the infiltration of these countries.
