A grave mistake which is committed by some countries is that they ask America to provide them with national security. They don’t have the capability and determination to do it on their own, nor do they have a correct understanding of global issues. They end up spending billions [of dollars], they end up being humiliated, they end up being insulted, and in their times of crisis, their [national] security isn’t even ensured.
