In materialistic governments – primarily in the west – propagation exists as well. They refer to it as “propaganda”. Propaganda is radically and fundamentally different from Islamic propagation. Propaganda is exercised with the purpose of controlling public opinion. It is in the direction of gaining power, benefits and money.
